Job Description
LUZCO is an engineering firm that values people-first culture, technical excellence, and community impact. As a Transmission & Distribution Engineering Supervisor, you will lead a team of engineers, design overhead lines, and collaborate with utility clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Experience designing overhead transmission and/or distribution lines
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (Civil or Structural preferred) preferred, or ability to acquire it within one year of hire.
- PLS-CADD experience preferred; bonus if familiar with PLS-POLE/PLS-TOWER
- Experience leading projects or mentoring engineers
- Skilled in problem-solving, client communication, and working with utility teams
- Proficient in Excel and engineering documentation
- Valid driver’s license; comfortable with field work and travel
