Production Designer

LV Collective is looking for a Production Designer to join their Brand Marketing team in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, a love for organization, and the drive to bring creative ideas to life flawlessly. They will be responsible for developing and producing go-to-market materials, designing environmental signage, and managing vendor relationships. The role requires a strong understanding of brand guidelines, creative strategy, and production accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field
• 2-5 years of hands-on design and production experience (print, signage, or physical environments required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Proven experience preparing production-ready files (print, large format, fabrication) with a strong understanding of specs, materials, and finishes
• Direct experience working with printers, fabricators, and vendors—managing quotes, proofs, revisions, and timelines end-to-end
• Experience with environmental graphics or signage systems strongly preferred
• Strong sense of organization, file management, and attention to production accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Wix Studio, Figma, or similar web design tools
• Portfolio must include examples of print, signage, or physical production work (not just digital or branding concepts)
