Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-driven, people-oriented Social Media Coordinator to help manage our student housing social media presence across multiple markets. You will work closely with a team of Leasing Marketing Assistants, supporting their content efforts and ensuring timely, brand-aligned posts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media coordination, digital marketing, or a related field
• Experience managing interns or junior team members
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Asana) and familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Sprout, etc.)
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and Canva required; photo/video editing skills are a plus
