Job Description
High-Impact Truck Service Assistant General Manager – Lead High-Volume Repair Operations & Drive Revenue Growth at LV Petroleum. The role involves leading technicians and service advisors, ensuring fast, high-quality repairs, maintaining safety and compliance standards, optimizing shop efficiency, and contributing to revenue growth through parts, service, and tire sales in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of progressive leadership experience in truck service, diesel repair shops, heavy equipment maintenance, or travel center truck care (preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge of heavy-duty truck and trailer systems, diagnostics, and repairs
- Demonstrated success leading and developing technical teams in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle pressure and deliver exceptional service
- Experience managing parts inventory, controlling costs, and working with shop management systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record; CDL preferred. ASE certifications or manufacturer training a strong plus
