As an Alert Response Support Specialist, you will be a critical link in providing proactive, intelligent site security, managing complex customer account configurations, and resolving high-priority ServiceNow cases.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, research, or project management
- Highly skilled in ServiceNow or comparable enterprise-level case management platforms
- Ability to deconstruct complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy under pressure and possess a typing speed of 50+ WPM
