Job Description
Maranatha Christian Academy is hiring a full-time paraprofessional to support and assist the supervisor(s) in the lower school's daily activities, lunch, and recess supervision.
Requirements
- Teach and lead programs as directed by the assistant principal
- Manage student behaviors at all times
- Prepare daily activities and materials
- Understand various health care procedures according to student needs
- Maintain and enforce the safety and security of the children by continually monitoring their environment
- Mentor students and provide conflict resolution teaching and resolution
- Follow MCA's discipline policies and procedures, disciplining in love
- Provide general student supervision and direction
- Cooperate with administration in implementing all policies, procedures, and directives governing the operations of the school
