Job Description
The Production Team Lead will ensure daily line staffing and coordinate line change overs, shift start ups, and shift transitions. They will also monitor hourly performance and ensure compliance to Visual Management controls and associate compliance to part and process operating standards.
Requirements
- Ensure daily line staffing is sufficient to meet production and delivery requirements
- Coordinate line change overs, shift start ups, and shift transitions for maximum effectiveness
- Monitor hourly performance for each production line and coordinate assistance as needed
- Ensure compliance to Visual Management controls and associate compliance to part and process operating standards
