Requirements

• Serve as an active participant in and support safety initiatives and improvements for the facility
• Build effective relationships with all crew members and internal departments to produce a superior product
• Drive and implement positive change
• Demonstrate proficiency and understanding of the following Production Department operating positions: Rotoformer Operator, Backtender, Pulper Operator, Pulper Helper, Chemical Mix Operator, Quality Control Testing
• Become proficient in the operations of the wastewater treatment system
• Demonstrate effective troubleshooting skills for the manufacturing process
• Must be able to safely and competently operate mobile equipment such as fork lift, electric pallet jack, scissor lift, floor sweepers, and power washers
• Must perform confined space entry procedures as an entrant and an attendant during the course of duty
• Ensure that proper housekeeping is maintained in the work areas
• Must be able to work overtime
• Must be able to accommodate work on any shift
• Must adhere to all company and location policies and safety rules
• Must be able to work extended hours when required
• All other duties as assigned
