VP of Technology

Lyka is seeking a VP of Technology to lead its technology backbone, including Engineering, Data, and IT, and drive the company's growth and expansion. As a technology leader, you will have complete ownership and accountability across these four interconnected areas, shaping the company's technology strategy, architecture, and culture. The role requires a proven technology leader with 10+ years of experience, including senior/executive leadership in high-growth environments, with expertise across Engineering, Data, and IT. The ideal candidate will have a strong data-centric approach, commercial acumen, and experience managing multidisciplinary teams. They will thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, energized by building and scaling technology solutions.

• Previous experience working with founders is a plus
