Integration Support Lead, Trading IT Ops

LyondellBasell is seeking an experienced Data & Integration Support Lead to ensure robust and seamless connectivity across critical trading, risk management, and financial systems. The role will own the reliability, performance, and accuracy of the complex data integrations that power our trading, risk, and analytics ecosystems.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of front, mid, and back office trading data flows and how they interact across systems.
• Proficiency with integration frameworks (Azure Integration Services), message queues and brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Service Bus), SQL, data modeling, and database troubleshooting, log analysis and application observability tools (AppDynamics or similar).
• Proven ability to resolve integration issues quickly in high pressure, time sensitive environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with a focus on data integrity and system reliability.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills across trading, risk, operations, and IT groups.
