The Maintenance & Reliability Manager is responsible for supervising Maintenance, Reliability for executing work in a safe, reliable, cost-efficient, and environmentally responsible manner to achieve site and company goals.
Requirements
- Engineering BS degree with typically 10 years of experience working in refining, petrochemical or chemical manufacturing.
- Demonstrated leadership ability gained through prior management and/or supervisory assignments.
- Knowledgeable in broad technical areas such as - rotating equipment, fixed equipment, electrical equipment, instrumentation and analyzers.
- Knowledge of business support functions and processes including SAP, purchasing, quality assurance, marketing, manufacturing accounting and budgeting practices and human resources.
- Excellent written / oral communication skills with the ability to interface and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and with external customers.
- Understanding of budgeting and return on investment justification process/analysis.
