Production Supervisor

LyondellBasell is a leader in the global chemical industry creating solutions for everyday sustainable living. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our production programs are executed under the highest standards of Safety, Quality, and Lean manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or Industrial Engineering
• 3 to 5 years in a similar position
• Experience in production and/or industrial process areas
• Industrial safety knowledge
• Quality systems and ISO9001/ISO14001 standards
• Production planning and control
• Work flow organization
• Industrial machinery management
• Time and movement study
• Supervision of operational personnel
• English language (Desirable) Ability to establish simple conversations and technical reading
• Leadership Competencies and Soft Skills (Key):
• Operational leadership with strong operational presence
• Clear, ethical, direct, and respectful communication
• Ability to influence behaviors related to safety and quality
