Specialist Trade Compliance

As Trade Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in the development and maintenance of procedures and processes to ensure compliance of our operations within EAI for import and export procedures.

Requirements

• Act as subject matter expert for general operational trade compliance matters for our Supply Chain partners EU region
• Support and control all operational trade/customs processes in relation to our Customs brokers
• Manage and resolve operational trade compliance issues within the EU/UK region; implements corrective actions as required
• Support in creating trade and customs awareness within the Supply Chain organization
• Monitor legislation and support in managing actions for appropriate changes within the LYB organization
• Support in the monitoring and contribution to LYB trade compliance performance and customs broker KPI’s
• Customs licenses management including adjusting/applying for new customs licenses
• Execute our trade compliance control framework (regular and periodic compliance reviews and assessments)
• Support in the integration of technology tools in day-to-day operational procedures and analyses
