The company is seeking a Specialist, Training to coordinate the development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of effectiveness of training and PSM activities required for the safe, reliable and efficient operation and maintenance of the different operating units at the LaPorte Site.
Requirements
- Design, develop, deliver, coordinate and implement training across the site when/where needed
- Coordinate technician certification and re-certification efforts
- Manage, develop and assign all curriculums for assigned areas of responsibility
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all training
- Create, manage and update learning management system (LMS) courses. Work with outside vendors on larger training projects.
- Coordinate the creation and update of all training packages and manuals.
- Assist in the development of assessments and review all training materials for validity and objectivity.
- Collaborate and share courses with US Manufacturing Training (GTLS) for operations new hire training.
- Assist HSE department in training of workforce on HSE procedures
- Complete training need analysis for the site in accordance with company standards.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of site training programs through KPIs reporting.
