LyondellBasell is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their Digital Technology organization and partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear business requirements for digital enablement solutions. The role will help advance the company's enterprise Finance transformation by aligning processes, data, systems, and digital capabilities that strengthen financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and controls.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
- 4+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or related Finance roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, planning, and cost analysis.
- Experience implementing or supporting Finance systems (e.g., SAP, OneStream, OneSource, Workiva, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements (IFRS, US GAAP, internal controls, audit readiness, compliance frameworks).
- Proven track record in defining Finance business requirements and partnering with digital/IT teams to deliver system enhancements or implementations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment and leading or contributing to Finance transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information and technology solutions to both Finance and non-Finance stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, resolve issues collaboratively, and support Finance leadership with timely, accurate information.
