Panel Operator

Lyons Magnus is a leading food industry company that crafts top-quality products across all manufacturing phases. The company is looking for a Panel Operator to support production and related activities in its Fresno, CA plant.

Requirements

• Supports the mission, values and vision of the company.
• Maintains the best interest of Lyons Magnus first and foremost.
• Works within a team environment to share information and help others as needed.
• Responsible for running product to the processor and fillers.
• Monitor product flow to ensure consistency during production.
• Ensure product meets formula specifications such as Brix, pH, viscosities, and other standards.
• Record and communicate any deviations from formula specifications.
• Ensure the team correctly labels all packaging according to requirements.
• Confirm the team follows all information on the PI Sheet, including fill weights, fill temperatures, and color.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support production and team needs.
