Procurement & Product Development Manager

This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of sourcing, formulation, and product development — with exposure across Lyra Collective's full portfolio of personal care brands.

Requirements

• 4+ years of sourcing or product development experience in personal care or beauty
• A track record of managing supplier contracts, dual-sourcing initiatives, and production timelines
• Demonstrated impact on financial performance through cost negotiations or margin improvement
• Strong project management instincts — you can hold multiple priorities and stakeholders without dropping anything
• Experience navigating regulatory or compliance requirements (ingredient standards, labeling compliance, or similar)
• Mandarin language skills are a plus, but not a must-have
