Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Title and ID required)
• Advanced handling of filters in Salesforce for case auditing
• Ability and experience to provide objective feedback to colleagues, separating personal relationships from operational responsibility
• English level: Intermediate-Advanced (B2-C1)
