Job Description
As a Depot Operations Manager, you will lead our team into the future and enjoy a better work-life balance with no weekend working. You will be responsible for monitoring team performance, motivating staff, and maintaining high standards.
Requirements
- Current full driving license with no more than 6 minor offence penalty points
- Organized and flexible approach to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Smart personal appearance is essential
- Knowledge of tachograph and drivers' hours regulations
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Team orientated
- Ability to integrate data and utilize MS tools
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Experience working within a budgetary environment
