Job Description
We're looking for a Strategic Finance Lead to serve as a critical partner to the Head of Finance and leadership team as we scale the business. The person will help build the financial operating system of the company, lead annual planning and forecasting, and drive strategic decisions across every function of the business.
Requirements
- 6-12+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or related fields
- Experience supporting high-growth B2B SaaS companies with hybrid software + services business models
- Strong understanding of SaaS and professional services revenue models
- Experience building and maintaining complex financial models
- Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition principles
- Strong understanding of services metrics, including utilization, billable hours, and blended margins
- Experience with driver-based forecasting, scenario modeling, and business partnering
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting global operations is a plus
Benefits
- Annual base compensation range: $150,000 - $180,000
