Job Description
We are building a new era in supply chain with the team best equipped to lead it. As a Technical Pre-Sales Specialist, you will bridge the gap between customer discovery and solution storytelling, creating high-impact demo experiences that show exactly how Lyric's enterprise AI platform can deliver value.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in technical Pre-Sales, solution engineering, product analytics, or technical consulting roles
- Strong background in either supply chain software or AI/ML platforms with experience with optimization models and/or workflow based decision tools
- Experience working with data—cleaning, transforming, analyzing—and visualizing it using tools like SQL, Python, Excel, or BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Skilled at creating and presenting polished, engaging solution demos to both technical and business audiences
