We are hiring a Head of Marketing and Growth to own the entire demand generation engine and drive profitable customer acquisition for the US solar business.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in performance-driven digital marketing or growth roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership/ownership role.
- Proven B2C marketing experience, preferably in high-velocity consumer acquisition environments.
- Experience managing meaningful monthly budgets in Meta and Google Ads with a strong record of hitting unit-economics targets.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, landing-page builders, analytics platforms, and CRMs.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to align closely with US-based leadership on strategy and messaging.
