We are hiring a Head of Marketing and Growth to own the entire demand generation engine. This person will build and lead the marketing function, drive profitable customer acquisition for the US solar business, and turn marketing into a predictable revenue engine.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in performance-driven digital marketing or growth roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership/ownership role.
- Proven B2C marketing experience, preferably in high-velocity consumer acquisition environments.
- Demonstrated success in the US market, including running profitable paid campaigns for US consumers.
- Experience managing meaningful monthly budgets in Meta and Google Ads with a strong record of hitting unit-economics targets.
- Deep analytical strengths β comfort with funnels, cohorts, CPL, CPS, CAC, LTV, and payback calculations.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, landing-page builders, analytics platforms, and CRMs.
- Experience hiring, coaching, and managing a lean, high-output marketing team with clear KPIs.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to align closely with US-based leadership on strategy and messaging.
- Strong bias for execution, experimentation, and rapid iteration. You ship campaigns and take ownership of results.
