HR Manager- Night Shift

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in employee engagement, grievance handling, payroll processing, and sound knowledge of Indian labour laws.

Requirements

• Manage complete HR operations lifecycle
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities
• Handle employee grievances
• Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws
• Manage and process payroll operations accurately
• Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and employee documentation
• Coordinate with management on HR policies, performance management, and audits
• Act as a point of contact for employees during night shift operations
