Lytegen is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that promote a thriving workplace culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience in payroll management, including statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS) and payroll software.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically while executing effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on employee development.
