IT Systems Engineer- US Shift

We are hiring an IT Systems Manager based in India who will own and operate our internal IT systems across the US and India.

Requirements

• Hands-on ownership experience with Microsoft 365 environments
• Real-world migration experience, such as Google Workspace to Microsoft 365
• 5+ years in IT systems or IT operations roles
• Experience supporting 100+ users
• Experience supporting US-based businesses from India
• Experience in call center or operations-heavy environments
