We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Operations manager to assist our U.S. sales and dealer teams in managing project updates, communication, and coordination across departments.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service (solar or U.S. process experience preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal (U.S.-facing role)
- Confident on calls and comfortable speaking with dealers, brokers, and sales reps
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability — able to handle multiple deals and updates simultaneously
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (Insightly, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and Google Workspace
- Good understanding of sales and project pipelines
- Calm, professional, and responsive under pressure
- Team-oriented, proactive, and dependable — takes initiative rather than waiting for direction
