Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Indian recruitment
• Proven track record of managing recruitment teams in fast-paced environments
• Hands-on expertise in ATS setup, reporting, and recruitment analytics
• Strong understanding of the Indian talent market, sourcing channels, compensation trends, and candidate behavior
• Highly results-oriented, confident, and proactive—able to meet ambitious hiring goals
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines
