We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to own our brand’s voice across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter).
Requirements
- Content Strategy: Create a monthly content calendar that speaks to the specific needs of US homeowners.
- Platform Management: Daily posting and engagement on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to build a community around the Lytegen brand.
- Creative Execution: Design high-quality visuals and short-form video (Reels/TikToks) that explain complex solar concepts simply and beautifully.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments/DMs proactively, ensuring a premium "customer-first" brand voice.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze engagement metrics and lead attribution. You must be able to tell us what’s working and what isn't.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of US social trends and AI tools to keep our content fresh and viral-ready.
