Facilities Planning Specialist

Under the general direction of the Facilities Planning Manager, our Facilities Planning Specialist is responsible for space management and occupancy planning across our real estate portfolio. The role involves working with cross-functional teams and leaders to ensure space solutions meet departmental and forecast needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years in office planning
• 4-year degree in Design or Business preferred
• AutoCAD knowledge required
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Invoicing and PO management experience a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
