Senior Staff Architect

We are looking for a Senior Staff Architect to shape the Enterprise Architecture of our organization, connecting cloud infrastructure, applications, and security posture into a cohesive whole with an AI-first mindset. As a Sr. Staff Architect, you will set the architectural north star, champion an AI-first culture, unify the organization, and architect for scale and resilience. If you are energized by connecting dots across domains, turning hard problems into durable decisions, and leaving teams better than you found them, this is the role for you.

Requirements

• 12+ years in software or infrastructure engineering
• 4+ years designing enterprise-scale systems across multiple domains
• AI-first mindset
• Mastery of AWS
• Deep networking expertise
• Integration fluency
• Security depth
• Executive presence
• Coding ability in one or more backend languages
• A mission-driven, collaborative spirit
• A track record of meaningful mentorship
