- Sponsorships: understanding and experience delivering global and/or local sponsorship campaigns for brands
- Marketing & PR: thorough understanding of the role of PR and marketing
- Social and Digital Media: thorough understanding of a range of social media platforms and the digital landscape
- Sports mad: a real sport enthusiast with knowledge across a number of different sports
- Team management: ability to demonstrate management of team members
- Budgets and Reports: ability to oversee campaign reporting and ensure that they are delivered to a high standard and on time
