Job Description
Our purpose is to give everyone real confidence to put their money to work. As a Lead Product Designer, you will provide strategic leadership and hands-on oversight of end-to-end digital design across the open and closed book propositions, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and regulatory alignment, and prioritising design work to support the roadmap led by Product Owners.
Requirements
- Experience leading product/UX/service design for complex, regulated digital services in financial services
- Experience in delivering for financial advisers, or a similar B2B2C model
- Proven record of delivering measurable improvements to journeys (adviser and/or customer) using analytics, research and structured experimentation
- Demonstrable experience working in a regulated environment with strong understanding of Consumer Duty and other regulations (or equivalent)
- Expertise in end-to-end journey design (service blueprints, IA, flows), screen-level design and prototyping (e.g., Figma), and usability/accessibility testing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to represent design in governance and steer trade-off decisions
- Experience working with agile delivery teams and backlogs; able to translate insights into backlog items with clear acceptance criteria and meet delivery timelines
