M&G Global Services Private Limited is seeking a Lead Salesforce Engineer to join their Studio in India, working closely with UK colleagues to deliver change across their marketing technology estate. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring high standards of code quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce technologies
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, and related technologies
- Experience with DevOps, Azure DevOps, Sonarqube, and Checkmarx
- Knowledge of design patterns, refactoring concepts, and performance tuning
- Ability to work in fast-paced agile environments and collaborate with teams
