Job Description
M&G India is seeking a Manager - Release Management to play a key role in the enterprise Data Platforms in Corporate Functions Technology. The role involves scheduling release activities, facilitating interdepartmental collaboration, and delivering regular high-quality releases following Agile methodologies.
Requirements
- Thorough understanding of Agile and DevOps concepts
- Azure DevOps skills and knowledge of Azure Fundamental
- Basic understanding of Git/Bitbucket
- Basic understanding of Bash/Powershell scripting
- Experience in working follow the sun model
- Experience in ITIL guiding principles
- Good knowledge of support tools used (Service Now, JIRA, Confluence, CMDB)
- 6-8 years of total experience in software engineering
- 4+ years of experience Release Management
- Experience working in fast paced agile environments and cross functional teams
