Senior Manager– Investment Compliance Coding

M&G Global Services Private Limited is seeking a Senior Manager– Investment Compliance Coding to provide expert-level guidance on investment compliance matters and lead a team of compliance analysts and managers.

Requirements

• Expert-level guidance on investment compliance matters
• Leading, coaching, and guiding a team of compliance analysts and managers
• Timely delivery of daily BAU tasks and ad-hoc client requests
• Process Improvement & Risk Mitigation
• Strong understanding of ESG guidelines and frameworks
• Analysis of regulatory and client guidelines
• Coding of relevant rules within Aladdin's order management system
• Collaboration with BlackRock Solutions to resolve Aladdin system issues
• Supporting fund managers by responding to queries related to pre- and post-trade rules and exceptions
• Partnering with various operations teams to enhance data availability and improve quality
• Four-eye check of rule coded and resultant breaches
• Innovative solutions to client requirements
• Maintenance of existing fund 'rules' within the system
• Tailoring available solutions to changing client needs
• Scope client requirements against system and perform maintenance
• Investigation of investment guideline breaches with investment manager
