Job Description
M&G Global Services Private Limited seeks a Senior Manager - Investment Origination and Analysis to conduct due diligence on growth equity investment opportunities, analyze company financial and operational performance, and prepare detailed financial models. The role requires strong financial modeling and analytical skills, knowledge of ESG investing strategies, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Conduct detailed due diligence on growth equity investment opportunities
- Analyse company's financial and operational performance
- Prepare detailed financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Package the due diligence done and analysis performed in investment memo's and present analysis to investment committee
- Monitor the performance of investments by preparing regular monitoring reports
- Conduct regular valuation analysis and prepare valuation memos for committee discussions
