M&I, a leading event organizer, is seeking an Event Marketing Manager to drive attendance, engagement, and brand visibility across its global events portfolio. The successful candidate will plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, manage digital marketing and website, email marketing and CRM, content and marketing materials, social media and community engagement, and lead event marketing activities. The role requires significant experience in marketing, preferably in events, hospitality or travel, with excellent creative, analytical and interpersonal skills. Requirements
- Significant experience in marketing, ideally within events, hospitality or travel.
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, including email, social media and web.
- Strong creative skills in brand building, storytelling, and content creation.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimise campaigns accordingly.
- An understanding of how to use AI tools and an interest in an AI-first approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to create engaging marketing content.
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- A collaborative approach and a natural relationship builder with the confidence to work across departments and with external partners.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects from concept to delivery.

- Basic salary of £38,000 - £42,000, depending on experience and skills.
