2026 Summer Internship (Golisano Institute Partnership) - Retail Banking, Greece

This 10-week summer internship provides students with a unique, hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to Retail Banking while being trained as a Teller. Interns will work alongside experienced branch professionals and rotate across multiple branch locations as a Float Teller Intern, gaining insight into daily branch operations, customer service, and financial transactions.

Requirements

• Deliver a welcoming and professional customer experience by meeting and greeting customers and assisting with their immediate banking needs.
• Adhere to established customer service standards and demonstrate empathy, flexibility, and customer-centric problem solving.
• Accurately process and balance customer transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Prior office or administrative experience is a plus.
• Strong interest in customer service, business, or financial services.
