Manager, Data Governance

The Data Governance Manager is responsible for organizing and promoting the Data Governance Framework across Maaden. This role ensures effective implementation of data governance policies and practices to enhance data quality and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CDMP, DCAM, are preferred
• 8–10 years of experience in data governance, data management, or enterprise information management
• Proven experience in leading data governance programs in large organizations
• Strong understanding of data governance tools (e.g. Informatica, Microsoft Purview)
• Familiarity with NDMO, data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive cultural change
