Our client is looking for a Technical Program Manager with Top Secret in Dayton OH, with PhD + 10 years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree + 14 years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor’s degree + 16 years of relevant experience, in technical program and project management for government or defense environments.
