Silliman Group, LLC is looking for a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join their team. The role is critical to delivering a high-quality living experience for residents by ensuring appliances are repaired quickly, correctly, and efficiently.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of appliance repair experience (diagnostics + hands-on repair)
• Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with washers and dryers
• Customer-focused mindset with a professional and courteous approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license + vehicle (required for travel between properties)
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work daily
• Basic tools and knowledge of safe tool usage
