Job Description
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will provide exceptional customer experience for residents, manage move-in/outs, resident retention, collections, and escalated maintenance service requests. High fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin is required.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of previous experience in multi-family property management
- Strong knowledge of computer and telephone systems
- Salesforce experience is a plus
