Job Description
Mac Properties is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Hyde Park, Chicago. The position requires previous maintenance experience, working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and refurbishing, and strong interpersonal and customer service skills. The role involves completing assigned service requests and repairs in a timely and professional manner, performing preventive maintenance procedures, and maintaining the overall condition of the building and grounds.
Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience in a similar role
- Valid driver's license and vehicle required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Provide own basic tool
