Maintenance Technician II

Mac Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join their dynamic team and help maintain properties at peak performance. The role involves completing service requests and repairs, performing installations and maintenance, and ensuring the overall condition of the building and grounds. The pay range for this role is $22-$24/hour.

Requirements

• Previous maintenance experience in a similar role
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and refurbishing
• Familiarity with various appliances
• Highly approachable personality with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to respond to after-hour emergencies
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Basic tool knowledge and safe use
• Criminal background investigation and medical examination (including drug screening) for all new hires
