Job Description
MacAllister Machinery is seeking an Instructor - Technical Training to support its technicians and empower teams through dynamic technical training.
Requirements
- Updates on equipment and new product introduction
- Hands-on support for troubleshooting and repair of technical problems
- Technical communication with CAT and sharing of information across branches
- Technical training for the branch in the classroom and OJT
- Technical support for all branch locations
- Ability to commute and spend time in all branches for training
- Ability to work as a team with other trainers/technical support personnel
- Willingness to be on-call at all hours and work 2nd or 3rd shift as necessary
