Job Description
A MacAllister Service Technician is the heart of our business, working on and leading service and maintenance tasks of our customers. Daily tasks include diagnosing problems with equipment/engines, performing preventive maintenance, and repairing work on items diagnosed. The role requires a minimum of 2-5 years of Diesel engine repair experience and a High School Diploma or Vocational College degree in areas such as Diesel Technology or Welding Technology.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-5 years of Diesel engine repair experience
- Highly motivated and able to learn new tasks, processes, and policies
- Prior experience using CAT ET or similar electronic diagnostics tool
- Ability to obtain State Master Certification
- CDL A
- Experience writing detailed service reports on internal/external customer equipment
