Technician - Rental Services

Technician - Rental Services at MacAllister Rentals. Performs mechanical services on equipment, diagnoses and repairs equipment, and maintains customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent with technical background or additional training
• Minimum 3 years of mechanical experience with heavy equipment, preferably with a rental company or Caterpillar
• Good decision-making and creative thinking skills
• Moderate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems
• Good customer service skills, basic prospecting skills, and ability to meet customer expectations
