Technician - Rental Services

Perform mechanical services on equipment, diagnose and repair equipment, and maintain customer satisfaction. Maintain company vehicles and equipment, and perform related duties as required.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent with technical background or additional training
• Minimum of 3 years of mechanical experience with heavy equipment
• Knowledge of hydraulics, powertrain, electronic/electrical systems
• Good decision-making and creative thinking skills
• Good problem solving, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Moderate computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office
• Good customer service skills, basic prospecting skills
• Good listening and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of safety rules, laws and regulations
• Self-motivated with ability to work with little supervision
• Ability to work overtime and weekends
• Ability to uphold professionalism with internal and external customers
