Technician, Union - Rental Field Service

Perform mechanical services on equipment at job sites or in the shop, diagnose and repair equipment, maintain customer satisfaction, and maintain company issued vehicles and equipment.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent with technical background or additional training
• Three to five years' mechanical experience with heavy equipment
• Good decision-making and creative thinking skills
• Good problem solving, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Moderate computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office
• Good customer service skills, basic prospecting skills
• Good listening and verbal communication skills
• A working knowledge of safety rules, laws and regulations
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with little supervision
• Ability to work over time and weekends
